* added missing 30th Anniversary Promos
* added some recent "The List" printings
* added some recent "Secret Lair" printings
* added some recent "Universe Within" printings
* moved the 40K Surge foils to separate edition to work around some import issues
* fix folder open/closed issue when toggling your own stuff while not being logged in
* add printingId and printingNote to csv export
* fixed Arena deck import to also accept the "simplified" format without edition and card number
