* imported the 4 missing Phyrexian Praetors (from the older sets - KHM, SNC, NEO, DMU)
* fixed Beast Within rarity not showing as Uncommon
* imported the 2 "thick stock" commanders missing in ONC
* fixed Rakdos Signet from Brothers' War Commander from Uncommon to Common rarity
* imported missing Elemental and Elemental // Powerstone tokens for BRC
* renamed typoed Lazerbeak // Powerstone to use an "s" instead of the "z" smile
* imported 5 missing 2023 Judge Promos
* imported some missing Crimson Vow promo-stamped cards

* fixed "Add missing cards from deck to wishlist" crashing (bug introduced 2 days ago)
* fixed "Can Be Commander" filter showing Un-sets and Pony: The Galloping cards

* updated pauper banlist to add Aarakocra Sneak, Stirring Bard, Underdark Explorer and Vicious Battlerager
