Topic: Discrepancy between card statistics and actual available trades

I have noticed this for a while and wanted to bring it to the attention of the userbase to see if anyone else is experiencing it.

When you pull up a card, there is a statistics section on the right that shows how many tradelists, wishlists and decks the card is in.

However, this never matches the actual available cards for trade.  Take Yarok, the Desecrated for example.  If you search for him it shows there are currently 53 available on tradelists.

But if you click the link next to 53 tradelists, "Find users trading it away", the results are much different.

Selecting the widest value for each filter - tradescore greater than 0, successful trade percentage greater than 50%, by mail worldwide, deselecting a specific version, etc. only gives you 8 results that have it for trade.

Where are the other 45 Yarok's?

Re: Discrepancy between card statistics and actual available trades

I had this exact same issue/question and did a search before making a new post. I was happy to see it already posted but dismayed to not see any replies. Feels like I'm missing something obvious.

In my case I'm seeing 130 Ancient Copper Dragons for trade, but when I open up the search tolerance as far as possible, I only see 7 hits. The only explanation I can imagine is that the "User Last Logged In" filter won't go longer than 3 months, so maybe the other 123 cases are people who haven't logged in during that time? I find that a little hard to believe though.

Yep, has to be users not logged in recently, plus users that do not trade with you (so they are from a different country and set 'trade in my country', or 'my continent', or disable trading temporarily alltogether). I need to change that number on the card page to clarify this somehow.
