Topic: Commander, CSV import fixes, historic legality, misc others

- Removed commanders and partners from the deck statistics on top of the listing, and from the sample card draw on the Tools page.
- fixed a bunch of issues with csv imports
- fixed an issue where decks could get in a state where they could not be deleted
- removed some "Bundle Foil" notes on some printings that were confusing (because those printings could also be non-foil)
- fixed Cyberman to just be a token
- updated Historic format legality
- show the deck format "icons" that are in the menu, also in on the card page
- fixed loading indicator behavior in the "Add to deck and inventory" widget
- fixed sorting and filtering in set views properly affecting the export (to csv and to text)

Regarding the

I always think it is odd that the Commander is within the Creatures category. I mean it is a creature most of the time but it could be a planeswalker. It would just show in that section.

Could we just have a Commander (and partners) category section that exists static at the top of the card list before Creatures and lists only the commanders and partners? Just an idea.

Regarding the fixed issues with CSV imports. Does that include a fix for the following:
When importing to trade list via a manabox CSV it doesn't actually mark them for trade.

Just testing with a single card from a manabox export CSV and the card wasn't marked for tradelist, with the tradelist export. Is this expected behavior or a bug?
