You can get bulk sleeves from there. I haven't purchased from them myself, so I can't vouch for them.
As for printing I made an HTML page that just loads on my computer, that I just list out the images pulled from deckbox (yay!), and printing them in landscape mode, gets me 8 to a sheet. Then it's good 'ole scissors and a few hours of time, cutting and stuffing them into sleeves.

You can find out the # of the card, by going to the 'spoiler' view on your selected deckbox-deck...
The marketing/tips cards give the sleeves the ridge-ness that is needed. With one of those cards in the sleeve with the printed card image you can't tell by look, or feel if it's real or a proxy.
Also note: Just make sure you don't get the Ultra-pro solid colors sleeves. They are transparent enough you can tell from the back if it's a proxy or not.
