bug report: proximity sort b0rked

Hey,

Proximity sorting on all the card pages (eg. http://deckbox.org/mtg/Murderous%20Redcap )

doesn't work correctly for me. On "my" page 3 for users having this card I get the following result:

United States - Austin    1
killer_kitteh
United States - Santa Cruz    1
Durian_Hettle
United States - Minnesota    1
NuclearBlast
United States    3
NateDizzle
United States - Berkeley    2
WabbitSNL
South Africa - Durban    5
Anders Påsche
Norway - Trondheim    1

Norway - Trondheim should certainly be closer to my location (Switzerland) than the guy in Santa Cruz - US.
