Given that Wolfir Silverheart is the top of your curve, I wouldn't worry too much about ramping.
Rather, I'd say to focus in a bit more on the infect creatures. Why have the same number of Glistener Elf as Young Wolf? The same can be said for the Strangleroot Geists, although I would leave them be. Make sure you have 4x of as many infect options as possible.
Since you're running Mirrodin Block stuff, why no Contagion Clasp or Contagion Engine?
Also, I would say something like Lure would be nice to ensure that your infect creatures get through. It's legal pre-rotation.
I would drop Joint Assault as you really only have Silverheart to do any soul-bonding, and you could easily fit Increasing Savagery for more pumping, more Hunger of the Howlpack, or even Prey Upon to help with some of those pesky blockers your opponent has.
I'd suggest replacing Reclaim with Revive. They might cost one more, but the difference between getting that card in your hand versus on the top of your library makes a lot of difference.
I would also add at least one more Wild Defiance.
I hope that helps...
