Topic: [Bug report] Missing card images, default card pricing mixups, more

A few things that I've noticed.  Sorry if anything is too wordy and/or needs a better explanation, just let me know.

On the page for a specific card with a special set edition (Duel Deck, Commander, etc.), for instance, Kor Cartographer, or Aethersnipe, then the default image for the card is the most recent regular set, while the default pricing is for the special set (Duel Deck, etc.)

The Venser vs Koth Duel Deck card images appear to be missing.

When searching the card database and using the Spoiler View, if you get a card with an apostrophe in it, then the link isn't valid due to apostrophe not getting properly decoded, or something of that sort.  For instance, this search should show you Journeyer's Kite, and the link to it does not function properly.

When editing a deck, if you choose the menu option to send something to the sideboard (or back from the sideboard), it actually does update the deck, but the changes don't appear until you manually refresh the page.

The issue IS still there.  This is the URL linked on the card image for Journeyer's Kite:

But that then forwards to this url:
