Also interested in a Windswept Heath. Perhaps you could break your arbitrary playset rule if you have 4 people who wish to buy 
Going on a short trade hiatus, moving soon etc. Still selling things via paypal from the trade list however.
Not arbitrary, it's easier to trade and sell things in play sets, if you're so inclined you could always buy the set up and divy it up how you see fit.

Now folks who are looking to hoard things, they'll buy whatever the number available is- speaking of which, lol, what are you looking for on the playset and how played are they? (same questions on the stifle)
