For some reason, I am having trouble opening the page for Question Elemental? Is this a problem for anyone else? Or is it just me?

The webpage at http://deckbox.org/mtg/Question%20Elemental? has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

Something isn't being encoded correctly for the URL. If you encode the question mark then it works just fine:
