Bump, and make an amendment/clarification:

On pricing, I will always be willing to sell at tcgplayer mid price no matter what the card or how many cards you want.  I am willing to take less most of the time too (typically if you're buying a lot), so feel free to make offers.

Well, I never have.  But I guess if you were willing to cover any costs of insurance and delivery confirmation and shipping I would consider it.
