Topic: price freeze

hello-
i am uncertain if this is a personal issue, or something that is site wide. following the update for foil prices all other prices on my account appear to be frozen. none of them have changed since at least friday. i've tried logging out and in, but thats about as far as my troubleshooting skills will take me, so i thought id ask for help. help?

thanks-
Jim

Re: price freeze

Have you considered that the market may have frozen? Not every card will have a price change every day, so unless all of your cards are at an incorrect price, I don't see too much of an issue.

Re: price freeze

the prices my account displays are the same ones it has been displaying for days with no changes. i'm pretty sure some of them have to have changed.

example
raging ravine

using tcg average on deckbox $3.79

tcg L- 2.97/M - 6.01/H - 8.99

Karn liberated median is currently about $11 higher on tcg than it shows on deckbox.

Re: price freeze

Hi guys, we had indeed some issues with the scheduled daily price update. Today they should again be updated, and from now on they should be in sync.

Re: price freeze

You're awesome. Thanks!

Re: price freeze

All the prices for my cards seem to have stagnated - It seems like this price freeze is still happening (see the price of Birthing Pod as an example).

Re: price freeze

Sorry for that, they're updating now.

My collection value at tcg min just ballooned over 7.5%, which is highly abnormal for a collection this sized...is there a potential bug in what was just implemented, or is this the first real accurate read since foil prices have been implemented (I did notice a bump when foils where first implemented, but it was not as big as I had expected).

Re: price freeze

Foil price addition might explain a jump indeed. Would help if you sorted your collection by price and check if there is no abnormal jumps in one card's value.
