You're right of course and I should have used my words more properly but I wanted to confirm before giving any advice.
The deck could work as is but there are certainly places it could be improved. Is there a specific reason you want to run child of alara? Is it just to get the 5 colors of angels in? Because in that case it seems like Maelstrom archangel might fit better as a commander. Alternatively Im not sure why you *need* all five colours Jenara, Asura of War is a nice card that lets you use most of the angels you have.
The one card I dont like:
Leyline of Singularity really only does stuff against Tokens, Shadowborn Apostle and Relentless Rats... so IMO its abit of a wierd choice.
your Mana base:
Alot of your spells cost alot and you're running under Lands abit. I'd look to take out some of the odds and ends from the deck and put in either some more lands or some Manarocks since you have a few ways to make your artifacts indestructible anyway.
I'd also look to diversify your mana base abit. You're scewed towards white creatures but your mana is entirely balanced. Adding in the 10 gates and a Maze's end for example might be a good way to help out. There are certainly dozens of other options if you're inclined to help balance out your mana. (the Lair Lands, other duals and the like)
Sac Outlets:
A couple of sacrifice outlets might be a nice way to do use your Commander to board wipe if the board state gets out of hand. Perhaps Culling Dias Viscera Seer ashnod's altar
Theme:
The angel theme is fine but you also have alot of tools to play with artifacts as is and a commander that wipes the board so what about a few artifact tools and run a boardwipe, artifact sub theme.
With that in mind cards that might be useful to you....

If you'd like me to be more specific with what I'd personally do with the deck I'd be happy to.
