This is Budget only online. In paper, it's over $100.
However, it does walk the line between affordability and efficiency. If you don't care about the budget part, play 4 Verdant Catacombs instead of the KTK fetches. If this is too much, cut down the Overgrown Tombs and play Llanowar Wastes or more basics.
I didn't touch the spells, and I haven't really looked at the list aside from figuring out your mana for you.
