I have used this deck with not very much variation over the course of about 10 years. Despite how cheap it is to own (25$) when played well it has an extremely high win ratio.

Reef Shaman is a key card, acting as mana fixer for yourself, control by changing your opponent's fancy lands, or by increasing your landtype count for Collective restraint. Can also fend off pesky 1/* creatures.

Sideboard has been flexible and included things like: Teferi's Moat, Absorb, Counterspell, Collapsing Borders, Disenchant, ...
