0 cost creatures are required for an infinite engine, but even with just blood artist alone or the vampire, can do significant damage each turn.

A. 0 costs - There are only two, they are both included
B. bonus for SAC - disciple of vault, blood artist - both cause life loss
C. engine to sac - vampire - pumps which can serve as a win condition, so doubles as B; Dimir house guard - can be used also to fetch enduring renewal
D. Enduring renewal - can be fetched by house guard, beseech the queen, and tutor.
