Notes
 
This is my first run through 8Rack, and this will soon be my first modern deck. Seems like the cheapest way to buy into the format, and I can invest a ton more if I find the desire to. 
 
Not sure if it's public, but I'm using 3 islands to replace the Shrieking Afflictions I don't own, and I'm using 2 Wheel of Tortures to replace the 2 Racks I'm missing. 
 
Only made with cards I had on hand, haven't bought cards just for this deck yet.
