People have been asking for a budget Graceblade Artisan deck for close to a year now, so since the card is rotating in just a few months, I figured I'd sit down and do some work with the idea. For budget reasons, it's U/W, but you could always add green for Herald of the Pantheon if you just absolutely have to have him.
