Notes

2016-07-16 - Astral Games Sealed Prerelease - 4-1-1 Record - 6th out of 43

?-2 vs strong GW? humans, strong opponent
2-0 vs weak BW midrange, weak opponent
2-0 vs UBW ? (obviously unmemorable...)
1-1-1 vs strong UGW beatdown, strong opponent
2-0 vs strong UGB zombies, strong opponent
2-0 vs strong UG zombie beatdown, weak opponent

Niblis of Frost was the hero of the deck. He won games when he stuck around for a couple turns.

Vildin-Pack Outcast was an MVP. He won several games with integrated pump + trample.

Geist of the Archives only came out in a handful of games, but his scry ability and toughness made him a standout.

Brazen Wolves did some serious work whenever he hit the board. Never disappointed.

Thermo-Alchemist only came out in a couple games, but he was easily responsible for 7+ damage each game, plus he effective gummed up the board.

Galvanic Bombardment was prime removal. I saw both most games.

Borrowed Hostility's flexibility in both modes and targets made it a winner.

Curious Homnuculus was a solid fit in the deck. Many of my spells were too cheap for him to affect, but he enabled more plays a few times.

Rattlechains disappointed. I never used the hexproof ability, and his flash granting ability never was relevant. 2/1 was too small of a body to be a suprise blocker.

Stensia Masquerade never seemed to make a difference in combat when in play. It was more useful as a prowess trigger.
