Goblins can be super quick in Modern and devastating. Modern is all about getting your stuff done in the first 4 turns if you can. (People start casting stuff like Damnation and Wrath of God on turn 5). My concern is that many of the goblins you have selected are high casting cost. I would suggest planning on 4 of's if you can of the following:
1. Goblin Guide is important or another turn 1 creature with haste that attacks for 2 or more. First turn = two damage. 
2. Turn two Spike Jester. With him and Goblin Guide you can attack for 5 damage, running total of 7 damage.
3. Turn 3 Jund Hackblade, attack with all three for 8 damage = running total of 15 damage by turn 3. That's a pretty good start. 
4. End it with Goblin Grenade or multiple grenades. 

I'd round out the creatures with Goblin Chieftain and maybe Krenko, Mob Boss for a late game finisher. Mogg War Marshal or Mad Auntie could be fun too. 

4 of Lightning Bolt for some zappy removal and you should be set to go. Reverberate could be fun too. 

The idea behind this deck is to cast low-cost spells that build on each other and eventually overpower the other side. I Any suggestions or feedback are welcome.
