You are spot on with Kessig Prowler as your turn 1 option. He can be brutal early on and then later in the game once he's flipped. I'd use Duskwatch Recruiter for turn 2. You can use him to help filter out your card draw if things aren't looking so good and he helps quite a bit once flipped in a creature heavy deck. Turn 3 would be Shrill Howler and pair it with Howlpack Resurgence. Geier Reach Bandit is great to keep the mana curve low and awesome once it flips. Smoldering Werewolf paired with Moonlight Hunt or Rabid Bite are good. Tangleclaw Werewolf is a great defender. For this kind of deck you really have to have Ulrich of the Krallenhorde. Even though he has a high casting cost Decimator of the Provinces works well with this deck and makes your werewolves really nasty. You may want to add Arlinn Kord as she pairs well with werewolves. 

As far as spells go, I'd make sure to include Waxing Moon, Moonlight Hunt, Inner Struggle, Sure Strike, and Howlpack Resurgence. Hanweir Battlements for the lands to help with haste.
