Kill as many opposing creatures as fast and as easily as possible by tapping your red creatures. Once you've got through their first wave equip the deathtouch artifacts Basilisk Collar, Gorgon Flail and Quietus Spike to take out their larger creatures.
If they're playing creatures that just wont die put in the Talon of Pain to double your damage on the player.
If they keep hitting your damage dealers directly put in the Whispersilk Cloak to protect them.
If they're playing flyers put Dizzying Gaze on a creature with deathtouch to drop them like flys.
If they're playing artifacts put in Artifact Blast and Overload.
If they're playing too many enchantments put in Aura Barbs to use it against them or if they're game winner's use Nevinyrral's Disk.
If they're using their graveyard make sure you get deathtouch on Frostwielder or Kumano, Master Yamabushi. (There's a few more in the sideboard just in case.)

Some nice combos:
Hateflayer + Arcane Teachings = {T}: 1 Damage + {2}{R}{Untap}: 7 Damage (As many times as you can afford)

Attacking Karplusan Wolverine + Quietus Spike = Opponent lose two creatures or half their life

Kumano, Master Yamabushi + Basilisk Collar = Exiling as many creatures as you can afford and gaining life for it.

Attacking Scalding Salamander + Basilisk Collar = Deathtouch on all defender's non-flyers + Lifelink 1 point on all defender's non-flyers

Attacking Scalding Salamander + Quietus Spike = Deathtouch on all defender's non-flyers + If they have no flyers opponent loses half their life
