How is this supposed to win?  Or are you just trying to annoy your opponents to death with constant shuffling?

Strictly a milling win, that is what the codex shredder does, and the latern allows me to see what is coming in your library. Exile any troublesome permanents, enchantments, or artifacts, then timetwist and start again. Though I am thinking a tormods crypt will make this happen quicker.

I wish I could fit a leovold in there.  I draw 7, you draw 1

So you're going to mill a whole deck just with Codex Shredders, and you have spells that let me shuffle my graveyard back into my library? You need 4 Tormod's in there, and more milling.  Leo would be great though, super frustrating.
