Comments
Run all free creatures all the kobolds plus Memnite, Ornithopter, Phyrexian Walker, Shield Sphere, etc. Run 4x Glimpse of Nature. Also, 4x Multani's Presence with 4x Chalice of the Void. For mana, no lands, just 4x Lotus Petal, 4x Elvish Spirit Guide, and 1-2x forest + 4x Land Grant if you must.
For a finisher, run 1x Songs of the Damned + 1x Tendrils of Agony. On T1 or T2 you should be able to draw your whole deck with glimpse, toss most on the board and let some be countered by presence + chalice; finish with lotus petal + songs + tendrils and you're done! Nothing costs more than a few bucks, and the kobold combo should be a lot more reliable. If you're worried about counters, add in one Autumn's Veil.
