Also, methinks you're trying to make this a tap deck. It's a mill deck.

The sideboard is already half again as big as the deck. :P

Frost Titan (and maybe Dungeon Geists).  

1-2 graveyard hate cards.  Relic of Progenitus.  Tormod's Crypt. 
Devastation Tide is a good "sweeper".  Nevinyrral's Disk is also worth considering given the lack of board wipes in mono U.  I'd also consider a card like Repulse.  It protects you from a bothersome attack or removes a problematic creature for a turn, and it cantrips.  You have to get creative in mono colored decks. 

1) If you are going to play snow covered lands, play Scrying Sheets (goes really well with Sensei's Diving Top).2) Moar wizards.  Willbender.  Voidmage Prodigy.  Etc ...3) You want to hit every land drop until the game ends since you are a control/combo deck.  Consider junk like Pilgrim's Eye.  It gets you a land.  It blocks.  It gives you an early play.  Armillary Sphere is worth considering as well (better than Journeyer's Kite, imo).4) Moar clone effects.  They kill hexproof generals.  They can be wizards.  Always good to have.  Clone himself is a fine man.5) Play a couple control magic effects.  Control Magic.  Treachery.  Mind Control.  Again, early plays.  Easy 2 for 1's.
