Updated Hoog Suggestions:
Add 3 mutavaults, remove vault, verdant catacomb, & 1 bloodghast
Add 1 godless shrine, remove 1 poluted delta (or verdant catacomb?)
Remove gideon & 1 dampening sphere, add bitterblossoms?

Recommended changes:
Replace tidehollow with 2thoughtseizes/2inquisitions.
cut 1 aethersphere add another lingering souls
move one collective brutality to SB: add 4th path to exile
SB cut 1 fatal push, 2 fragmentize, & castdown: 1 add anguished unmaking, 1 gideon asshole of zendikar, 2 bitterblossoms
