Notes

The deck will need players to draw a bunch of cards so they have things in their hand to cast. The deck will also need milling, since it wants them to have stuff in their graveyard, so Wheel effects will be very helpful.

Bounce spells and graveyard recursion/reanimation may also be really helpful as a way to get the spell-grabbers back into play after they've already been cast.
