The goal of this deck is multiplayer RDW. Once the commander, Neheb, the Eternal, is on the field (done quicker than turn 5 with a bit of ramp), then each turn should use something like Sizzle or Pyrohemia to do a few damage to each opponent, which Neheb turns into way more mana to spend on an X cost in something like Jaya's Immolating Inferno.

Aggravated Assault should be used and repeated until you run out of huge damage spells, as the mana to spend on them multiplies by the number of opponents each post-combat phase.
