Created for Guilds of Ravnica constructed event.

Only 2 creatures in the entire deck, Thoughtbound Phantasm and Murmuring Mystic. Quasiduplicate is used as a pseudo-creature, that creates a copy of (ideally) murmuring mystic while also triggering the mystic. Jump-starting it then triggers it twice, and leaves me with 3 murmuring mystics.

Everything else in the deck is counter spells, bounce spells and card draw.

The idea of the deck is to stall the opponent out while I make big phantasms or lots of birds.
