Ideally you'd have two more Masters of the Pearl Trident and maybe a Jace, Memory Adept, but for now this might just work as is. The point is to delay until you can get your Stormtide Leviathan out (or just win with Talrand). Index and Augur of Bolas show you what cards are coming up (Augur of Bolas also helps with getting some cards in your hand if you need to). If nothing you need is near the top then Elixir of Immortality pulls double duty by giving you life and allowing you to shuffle your deck to increase your odds of getting the cards you want. Unsummon obviously pulls multiple duty by allowing you to bounce enemy creatures (the obvious) or to bounce your own creatures, saving them from Murder, enchantments, or simply getting another augury out of your Augur of Bolas. I thought about finding room for a Fog Bank or two just to add more delaying action. You've have to test it and see.
