This deck looks VERY powerful. Nicely put together.
I'd be interested in two of your Captivating Vampires ... I'd definitely work to make it worth it for you.

This doesn't seem quite fast enough. I'd suggest either cheaper vampires or lower CMC removal. Look for Vampire Interloper, any of the 1CMC Zendikar vampires (Guul Draz Vampire, Pulse Tracker, etc), Blood Seeker. Tribute to Hunger is good, too.
I do agree. I would replace murder with "Go for the Throat" and/or find some mana accelerants like dark ritual, infernal plunge or seething song. The rakdos's return seems out of place, but it's hard NOT to add such an awesome card! Innocent blood's are great cards to force a sacrifice for 1 mana, when you have no creatures on the board.
