Notes

This is a blue and red deck that is instant and sorcery heavy, creature light. It is all about playing instants and getting incremental damage and/or benefit from them. It has some burn (direct damage cards) and some counterspells and some card draw. The main ability is called "Jumpstart" where you can cast an instant or sorcery card a second time when it is in your graveyard by paying its mana cost again and discarding a card. The jumpstart card then gets exiled (so you cannot do this a million times).

In the next set, Ravnica Allegiance, this pairs well with:
Simic (Blue / Green)
Azorious (Blue / White)
Rakdos (Red / Black)
Gruul (Red / Green)
