Fiend Hunter + (sac outlet) = perm exile

Animate Dead / Dance of the Dead / Necromancy (in the graveyard) + (sac outlet), Buried Alive and a reanimation spell will get an instant win by putting Gray Merchant of Asphodel

Reveillark (reanimation target and sac it to start the infinite combo), and Karmic Guide

Karmic Guide + Reveillark + Viscera Seer = Infinite loop and instant win with Gray Merchant of Asphodel or Cruel Celebrant

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Viscera Seer + Walking Ballista = Infinite damage

Animate Dead + Karmic Guide + Sun Titan + Viscera Seer = Infinite loop and instant win with Gray Merchant of Asphodel or Cruel Celebrant
