The idea would be to have two basic approaches for winning

Use Sorin's guide to find the planeswalker and play him, then just burn his loyalty counters to gain life. Once he dies use aid the fallen to bring him back and do it again as needed.

Second approach would be to use Savage gorgers that gain +1 when an opponent losses life and Bloodthirsy aerilist that get +1 when you gain life to overcome the opponent. Aided with sorcery to kill opponent creatures
