Notes
 
The artifact lands can be changed to any singular black land and an artifact land of your choice. This allows for mana fixing for the rest of the game whether or not you draw lands or not due to the prototype portal having them imprinted along with sol ring and thran dynamo producing mana. this also gives you 8 mana on turn one meaning nearly regardless of what your next card is you will be able to play it.

The sideboard refers to cards that would be good to draw. the amount of the card refers to how many cards deep it is.
