Notes
First, this a fun meme deck with a politics theme. So, don't expect to completely crush everyone by turn 4. It's not always about winning by dealing the most damage but making friends and being chill until you can play Happily Ever After.
Happily Ever After is clear win con, so try to use the Wishclaw Talisman or Scheming Symmetry to search for it and save it until well into the game when everyone has used up their counters and removals. And, since you're going to need a buy yourself time to wait for the right moment, make friends with the right people. Be sure to get Ghostly Prison to stay alive.
Kenrith himself is not very important early game. Yet, later you'll want to used him to continually bring back Custodi Squire and proc her ability to return things, like Happily Ever After. Use him also for the politics theme and instantly put counters on your creatures of your allies to save them or give them haste trample (as long as the player pinky promises not to attack you).
While I don't typically have a mana problem, Curse of Opulence and Smothering Tithe together are fun cards because you can turn all of those artifacts into centaurs with Rampage of the Clans.
The rulings for Mystic Barrier and the Pramikon mean if both are in play with two different directions are stated, no player can attack anyone (for combat) because the requirements cannot be met. This is a cheese exploit you can use to buy yourself time to search for Happily Ever After or just troll people.
Cruel Entertainment because why not?
You're going to need the Elixir of Immortality and Day's Undoing to recycle Happily Ever After if it ever gets destroyed. Keep in mind though that Day's Undoing is exiled on it's own stack (per reminder text), making it more of a game reset and politics tool. The Elixir is for just you.
The Teferi will likely get targeted right away, but he has the purpose of buying time (literally that's his flavor). You can use him to bounce back the Wishclaw Talisman to continue the group searching or the Curse of Opulence just before the enchanted player is eliminated. Also, it's funny to be able to do instant boardwipes.
Captivating Glance is a fun card that also combos with Teferi. If you win a clash, you can use bounce Captivating Glance back to your hand, allowing you to permanently control the creature and then repeat the process. Even funnier for a politics theme, you can target a creature belonging to one opponent and then clash with a different opponent. Meaning, if you lose (or tie) the clash, you've given them a bribe and hopefully made an ally.
For the lands, Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree is strong because you only have 15 creatures. Make yourself some saproling chumps. Then, use the Vault of the Archangel to make them deadly blockers.
Thespian Stage could be used to copy the Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree or another powerful nonbasic land in play. However, early on you'll probably turn it into a basic land you don't control yet to mana fix if you desperately need a color.
To use Kenrith abilities multiple times, you'll need at least 1 of the colored mana required. Cascading Cataracts lets you fix 5 mana. This is, of course, temporary until you play the Chromatic Lantern. Then, you go ham with Kenrith's abilities.
