Notes
 
Build kingdom so you are drawing 6-8 resources, but establish a card draw of at least 3. Develop battlefield early on. These are the combos that you are trying to set up:

Shrine to Taal: To pump attack units in the kingdom zone. Easiest way to pull is with Dwarf Cannon Crew, and if you miss the shrine you can pull the grudge thrower (or waste a keystone forge, but risk it anyway).

Grudge Thrower/Dwarf Ranger: Easy combo; sacrifice a weenie to pump up units, and ranger(s) gets to shoot from quest zone (mountain legion are ideal fodder).

When the Troll slayers/Gurnis Elite are pumped by shrine and/or grudge thrower they can dish out some big damage. Once multiple shrines are in play you can be attacking for 20-30 damage.
