Notes

The idea is to mill everyone, swipe some of the best stuff from everyone. Mill is an insane win condition in multiplayer format with 100 card decks, but seems like a fun thing to do.

Not sure if howling mine, font of mythos, temple bell, and the various group hug draw cards should be added or not. Seems like a powerful enabler for opponents, but would also keep hands full for jace's archivist type cards and charge through libraries.

This looks like a lot of fun. Jeleva is a nice card. I think the red works well in here with the UB. I would suggest Trepanation Blade to add to the mix. it's a cool card. Here are some other suggestions: Balustrade Spy, Destroy the Evidence, Mind Grind. I think you have the rest listed here.

  I was trying to avoid cards that mill without changing the board state. Mind Grind doesn't do as much as Mind Funeral until you get up to 6cc, and even very efficient millers like Glimpse of the Unthinkable, Mind Funeral, or Archive Trap, etc - just don't seem like they do a lot against 100 card 35-40 land decks (and multiple ones at that). With perhaps an exception for psychic spiral because with all the wheel effects it seems pretty good. I do have increasing confusion in there, because it is re-usable, but I should probably cut that too. Breaking // Entering should go in though, now that I have all 3 colors and both sides seem relevant.
  
  Destroy the evidence & trepanation blade seem like better to slot in. Trepanation blade does kind of work against itself - does mill & increases damage - but keeping people off mana colors with destroy the evidenceseems good. Thanks!
