    I have a similar deck to this, but am undecided when it comes to Kabira Evangel. Do you think that the Evangel is a "must-have" for this deck?

      It's a great way to push the last bit of damage through with an alpha strike, turns into a good combat trick with Join the Ranks/Mimic Vat. It may not need a 4 off but I think it's one of the Key allies for the deck. If he was over 3 maybe not but since Sun Titan brings him back as well I think he's pretty crucial. Swinging through Sea Gate Oracle and Creeping Tarpits to kill a jace is pretty invaluable.
