Note: Some of these cards aren't good enough to warrant running without other synergies.

Ground Seal: I am not really into this card, but in an enchantress build it seems fine. Shroud on graveyards is surprisingly narrow, but it does cantrip and fuel enchantresses.

Ashes of the Abhorrent: Playable enough on its own, but I think it's best in an aristocrats deck, such as Teysa Karlov or Elenda, the Dusk Rose, that isn't hurt by its first ability.

Spellweaver Volute: Only really play in spellslinger decks.

Mardu Woe-Reaper: Only really viable in Warrior decks, but nice where it goes.

Wheel of Sun and Moon: This card is best played on the graveyard player early, and is probably best in an enchantress deck such as Tuvasa the Sunlit.

Jotun Grunt/Reito Lantern: This card is mega jank. It's fine, I just don't know a good home for it.

Apostle of Purifying Light: OK on its own, but I would prefer Rest in Peace unless my commander was something like Sigarda, Heron's Grace or Orah, Skyclave Hierophant, who care about the type.

Angel of Finality: This one is best in a deck that can blink or bounce it, such as Brago, King Eternal or Yorion, Sky Nomad, or one that likes its type or keyword, such as Inniaz, the Gale Force, Kangee, Sky Warden, or Lyra Dawnbringer.

Silent Gravestone: Again, playable on its own, but probably best in a deck like Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, that wants to play a bunch of cheap artifacts.

Sentinel Totem and Soul-Guide Lantern: Again, these shine in an artifact deck like Jhoira.

Remorseful Cleric: Probably best in Flying decks (see Angel of Finality) or Reanimator decks.

Agent of Erebos: Only for Enchantment decks.

Cemetery Reaper: Best in Zombie Decks.

Selesnya Eulogist: Tokens/Populate

Rag Dealer: Probably best in a Rogue deck like Anowon, the Ruin Thief.
