Gameplan:
Turn 4 Kaho, Find Mystical Tutor
Turn 5: On upkeep, activate Kaho to cast the mystical tutor, find Mana severance, draw it for turn, cast it on your main phase
Turn 6: Play Jace, +1, win!

Thassa's Oracle is an easy swap for Jace.

Feel free to add cheap counterspells to also find with kaho, but no more than 2! (Otherwise mana severance won't exile your entire deck.)
