Basically I want to have `end of next turn` effects go on the stack via a delayed trigger, then exile those effects by ending the turn.  Effects that happen at the end of every turn aren't valuable since they would happen on my opponents next turn.

I want to avoid `until end of turn` and `this turn` effects as they aren't delayed triggers and don't use the stack.
