I am confuse. Is this a mill deck or vampire deck?

  read bloodchief ascension... with one of them fully leveled, tome scour becomes mill 5 drain 10 life, cheap vampires are what i figured would be the easiest way to get a few counters on the ascension, pulse tracker and vamp lacerator being the best choices to do that. Really more of a combo deck
