Notes

SPEED, DAMAGE, EVASION
ā€“ Go through cards and consider which of these they're doing (perhaps high/low score), to see which cards are pulling most weight.

(+ 1x COUNTER).

Speed: haste, scry, draw, low-mana-cost
Damage: power, double strike, trample
Evasion: flying, menace, intimidate, first strike, unblockable, [trample, double strike]

Overall themes:
* Creature-stealing like Act of Treason / the other 2 are probably worth including... (but only a one-turn effect). (Portent of betrayal ā€“ fine to wait if stealing...)

Focus...
* DAMAGE (+speed): Give everything shit defense, then give as much first strike / double strike as possible.
* EVASION (+speed): a deck with more 'creatures can't block' and 'this creature is unblockable / can't be blocked', plus menace/intimidate etc. ā€“ [remember, evasion > trample, attacking-wise] ā€“ then: buff them with spells and equipment to increase their power and give them haste etc.
So the deck would have: 4x Ring of Valkas, maybe even 4x the Evasion Equipment, 4x Dragon Mantle...
When playing, stay aware of where I am scoring damage ā€“ is it high damage + haste, trample whatever? or is it more "oh that can't be blocked so that'll go through...?".

Guess it is a mixture, as 2x 3/1 with haste vs 1/1 unblockable & a buff:
3/1 --> first turn 3 damage sent, then 2x3, then 2x3 (if not dead) = 15
1/1 --> first turn 0ā€“1 (if haste buff), second turn 1+1ā€“3 (buff), third 1+1ā€“3. = 6ā€“7.
Sure, the full 6ā€“7 goes through, but it's less than half the total damage (and the damage that doesn't go through for the 3/1 may kill their creatures).
Perhaps 3/1 (haste) + Equipment to avoid being blocked is the best compromise. Though I guess this is just the same outcome ā€“ you need power, haste and evasion ā€“ it's just about whether you put it on the creature or on the equipment/aura.
...Qs: is it easier/cheaper to buff power and haste than unblockable?
...Qs: does this just depend on the deck you're playing against? monster-heavy deck: needs more evasion, and vice versa. [yeah defo this... perhaps have a ~5-card swap-over that I have ready to use, dep. on the deck I am playing ā€“Ā e.g. Impetuous S <--> Triton Sh, and likewise for the equipments].
...Qs: Could more of the big "creatures can't block" effects really accelerate my win, by enabling me to deal 6+ damage in a turn, turn after turn?
Probably all negligible! I think the SPEED, POWER, EVASION thing really hits the mark :)

Actual sideboard cards:
Cards with intimidate against non-R/B decks, e.g. bladetusk boar
Rending Volley (against white/blue decks)
Kiora's Dismissal (against enchantment-heavy decks)
