Strong early game-> wear down your opponent (use daru deftblade to disrupt mana creatures)

mid game buff and pump your creatures, build your army, opponent will have a hardtime to decide which pumps to target. Benefit from card advantage-> enlistment officer, 4 mana should be enough, everything else can be cheated into game with preeminent captain

metagame:
enlistment officer-> + soldiers (possivbly pumps) -> go ham, all out (!)-> play soldier without casting and attacking (preeminent captain) + veterans armament -> win
(!)- militias pride can be helpful for an unexpected increase of pumped creatures
(!)-brave the element can be a win game trump against a monocolored deck.

Sideboard:

jotun Grunt 2 mana for a 4/4-> bomb, op when cheated with preeminent captain. useful against tarmogoyf or cemetery based deck.

Kor firewalker- if your opponent runs a lot of burn

Conqueror´s pledge- to outgrouth swarm decks and finish it a turn after with all the pumps you can get, or else be swarmed and pray for brave the elements.

Weakness:
Boardwipe spells. (Ghostway can be considered as a counter)
In multiplayer fast pumps can turn you the most threatening deck in game by inexperienced players.
