What did you replace Sylvan Primordial with?
    • tuna1694 | 07-Feb-2014 20:11
i haven't physically replaced it yet. But i imagine ill put terastadon in. Is that what you are doing?
      • deleted_user_269 | 07-Feb-2014 22:00
Nah I am changing him to Vorinclex actually.  My deck isn't very ETB based and I have a ton of other ways to remove non creatures, so I'm going with the mana doubler instead.
        • tuna1694 | 07-Feb-2014 22:01
does terastadon seem like a good replacement for roon though?
          • deleted_user_269 | 07-Feb-2014 22:10
Yeah I think Terastodon makes sense for you.  He still blows up three things, although he doesn't ramp, and you can't abuse him as much because he gives your opponents a horde of elephants.  I would say Terastodon is a fair version of Sylvan Primordial.
  • iceiceiceMTG | 05-Feb-2014 06:23
A couple card which might make this deck even crazier is planar guide (from legions) he's like a threat of ghost away for a one drop.  And turn to mist, another blink effect (from shadowmoor)
  • iceiceiceMTG | 13-Jan-2014 00:22
    no charge of course :D
  • iceiceiceMTG | 13-Jan-2014 00:21
say, would you be interested in my void mage husher?  I think it could be a nice card in this deck, like a recurrable stifle
    • tuna1694 | 13-Jan-2014 00:49
i've already tried it out, i'm not a huge fan. thanks for asking though
  • Jenna Pek | 03-Dec-2013 17:48
You should try out Strionic Resonator.  Copying ETB abilities for 2 sounds pretty good

I don't think it's at all clear that the Torpor Orb is exiled based on that picture.
      • tuna1694 | 02-Dec-2013 20:21
        do you even magic?
        • deleted_user_269 | 03-Dec-2013 17:46
          Yes. Yes I do.
  • deleted_user_269 | 02-Oct-2013 00:06
Why did you put Prophet of Kruphix in?  It doesn't really fit with the whole blink thing.
    • tuna1694 | 02-Oct-2013 00:09
I was just going to give it a try. It's too sweet of a card to not play with.
  • deleted_user_269 | 23-Aug-2013 18:01
Is this list accurate to what you are running now?  Do you actually have Snapcaster, Venser, Karmic Guide, and Defense of the Heart?
    • tuna1694 | 23-Aug-2013 18:06
      no
  • deleted_user_269 | Edited 22-Aug-2013 15:57
Why the heck are you running Emeria, the Sky Ruin?  You only have seven Plains so you would have to get every single one in play for it to work. 99% of the time it is just an ETB tapped Plains that you can't tutor for with basic land tutors.
    • tuna1694 | 22-Aug-2013 16:04
i dont actually have it, i must have just thrown it in when making the list
  • deleted_user_269 | 02-Aug-2013 22:05
    Ghostly Flicker > Otherworldly Journey
    • tuna1694 | 02-Aug-2013 22:15
i thought about it, but, mo mana=mo problems
      • deleted_user_269 | 02-Aug-2013 22:33
It's so much better for only one more though.  Think about it when one of the creatures is Eternal Witness or Archaeomancer.  It becomes a consistent 3 mana blink and it doesn't rely on soulbond like Deadeye Navigtor.
        • tuna1694 | 02-Aug-2013 22:34
are you saying I should take deadeye out?
          • deleted_user_269 | Edited 03-Aug-2013 00:36
No, Deadeye is still really good.  What I'm saying is that Ghostly Flicker is almost as good, while Otherworldly Journey is not even close.

            Also you have 101 cards.
  • Jenna Pek | 24-Jul-2013 02:56
You should put Mindslaver in so you can flash it in with Alchemist's Refuge
    • tuna1694 | 24-Jul-2013 03:02
I might put it in for one game just so I can live the dream.
    • deleted_user_269 | 24-Jul-2013 21:04
Why?  Flashing in Mindslaver isn't really any better than just playing it on your own turn, and it's not on theme at all with this deck.
      • tuna1694 | 24-Jul-2013 21:24
it's an ongoing joke, dum dum.
  • deleted_user_269 | 05-Apr-2013 15:22
Are you going to actually make this deck?
    • tuna1694 | 05-Apr-2013 15:24
      ci
  • deleted_user_269 | 28-Mar-2013 23:25
I've seen it done several times, but the best choice is probably Jenara. Angus McKenzie is cool but really expensive. There aren't a ton of great choices I guess.
  • deleted_user_269 | 28-Mar-2013 22:34
Rafiq doesn't really fit that well as a general for this deck.  He's more of a voltron general.
    • tuna1694 | 28-Mar-2013 22:58
I just have him in as a placeholder sort of. Who would you suggest?
