    Got enough blue decks?
    • tuna1694 | 25-Sep-2014 16:32
I probably won't make it, I just wanted a list.
      • Daniel Brooks | 26-Sep-2014 00:18
Ahh, it's a cool general, but it feels like it's just an overpowered version of Jeleva.
        • tuna1694 | 26-Sep-2014 00:19
yeah, well that says more about the power level of jeleva than narset...
          • Jenna Pek | Edited 26-Sep-2014 03:39
black does give you a lot of awesome sorceries to play with, however the "until end of turn" and "noncreature" make Narset sooo much better, not to mention hexproof.  No evasion though
            • tuna1694 | 26-Sep-2014 03:40
yeah, this. the end of turn part also makes it much better to hit counterspells than with jeleva.

can you cast non-instants during combat with narset?
                • tuna1694 | 26-Sep-2014 03:43
                  i don't think so
                  • Jenna Pek | 26-Sep-2014 03:46
Then that's the only real advantage of Jeleva I guess (other than evasion), you can do some cool stuff with sorceries during combat
                • Daniel Brooks | 26-Sep-2014 15:49
No, you still have to follow timing restrictions.
            • Daniel Brooks | 26-Sep-2014 15:51
It's not very hard to give it evasion in these colors, and the hexproof means it's really hard to deal with, which gets rid of one of Jeleva's biggest problems.
