Notes
 
1. Populate never really gets going.
2. Oblivion rings are great.
3. Stolen Identity has worked a couple times, but not sure if it's worth splashing.
4. Not sure if Phantom General should be replaced.  I don't get very many tokens and collective blessing does a better job.
