Lack of card draw - in theory easy enough to fix but may not generally be an issue

Deathrite shaman if dealing w/ the top card of my library proves to be an issue

If I have too many legendaries good choices for volrath may be difficult to come across - mirror box and other ignore-legendary-rule may be necessary though sakashima will hopefully prove enough

Included a number of sub-par dimir cards for their transmute functionality to fetch Volrath's shapeshifter, if getting it proves to be a challenge
