Notes

Alternate (amusing) win condition:

Jace's Archivist (in play/coming out of suspend when Enter the Infinite fires)
+ Angel's Grace
+ Cerulean Wisps

= Every player draws ~80 cards.  You don't die, they do.  Boom.

Crimson Wisps can do haste if you need to summon the Archivist, although that's now 7 mana...

For extra amusement: Mana boosting spells like Seething Song.  You need a load of blue mana for this combo though, so it's not as useful.  Lotus Bloom, Lotus Petal, or mana boosters + Manamorphose might be highly useful if I wind up summoning the Archivist a lot.  For double extra amusement: run one Plains (for Angel's Grace) in the entire deck.  Enter the Infinite will draw it for you.

Other thoughts:

Deep-Sea Kraken is awesome and a nice alternate way to win (especially if my opponent has enough blockers/removal to hold off giant Aeon Chroniclers).  Suspending it off Jhoira will have it on the battlefield in a turn or two, what with opponents casting spells, Timebugs, etc.

Cerulean Wisps is a good card in this deck anyway because a) it cantrips, which is handy, b) it untaps Timebugs, accelerating my suspensions further.  I'd happily run 3 or even 4, especially if I found another creature with a useful tap ability to put in.

Shivan Sand-Mage and Timecrafting sound like good ideas, especially the former (you suspend him en route to Jhoira and use him to pull alarming numbers of counters off your big suspend spells).  Useful with Aeon Chronicler, whether said Chronicler was suspended normally or Jhoira'd.
